HOW IT WORKS

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY PROCESS

01.

Pre-session consultation

After contacting me, we take the time to connect and discuss your story, your wishes, and the atmosphere you have in mind for your big day. This exchange allows us to align our expectations and ensure your photos feel authentic, personal, and thoughtfully prepared.

02.

Booking the date and Expert guidance

To secure your wedding date, a signed quote and contract, along with a deposit are required. Once signed and the payment received, your date is officially reserved. In the months leading up to your wedding, I remain available to answer any questions. I also share photo tips, and send preparation guides to help you feel fully ready and at ease on the big day.

BIG DAY and Professionally edited, high-resolution images

On your wedding day, I’ll be fully present to capture every detail, emotion, and important moments with discretion and creativity, so you can focus on living it all.

Few days after your wedding, you’ll receive a preview of the pictures edited before receiving the entire gallery.

04.

Private online gallery for easy viewing & downloads

It’s time to relive your wedding day ! Your images will be delivered in a private and online gallery making it easy to view, download, and share with your loved ones. You’ll receive the full gallery within two months after your wedding, at the latest.

FREQUENT QUESTIONS

To book me for your wedding, simply get in touch via the contact form here on my website or send me an email at contact@lucillebeuzelin.com with your wedding date, venue, and number of guests. We’ll discuss your needs and check availability during a video call to get to know each other. After that, I’ll guide you through the next steps to secure your date. A deposit is required to confirm the booking.

I’m based in Versailles, and mainly cover weddings in this region and Normandy, but I happily travel all across France and internationally depending on your project. Please note that travel and accommodation costs are not included in the package (Travel included for Versailles region, Paris and Normandy)


Just a few days after the wedding, I’ll also send you a preview of about few images, so you can relive a few highlights while waiting for the full gallery. You’ll receive your full gallery within 4 to 8 weeks maximum after your wedding. I take the time to carefully select and edit each image to reflect the atmosphere and emotions of your day as beautifully as possible.

The photos are available to download in high-resolution (original format) and web size for social medias, via a private online gallery accessible to you and your guests with a password. The gallery remains available for 1 year.

I open bookings a year before the next season, so you can contact me a year before your wedding day, or less as I always leave « last-minute » dates.
